Brand Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Executive to join our marketing team. As a Brand Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive brand awareness, and promote brand loyalty. You will play a pivotal role in managing brand communications, executing marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Responsibilities

Candidates can look forward to regular client contact, a role in business development and proposal writing/methodology creation.

  • Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing plans to enhance brand recognition and market presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape to inform brand positioning and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
  • Create and manage brand communication materials, including brand messaging, product descriptions, advertising copy, and social media content.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including online and offline advertising, social media promotions, events, and sponsorships.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers involved in brand-related activities, ensuring timely delivery of projects and materials.
  • Coordinate with the design team to develop visually appealing and impactful marketing collaterals, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor brand reputation and customer feedback, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct regular brand audits to assess brand positioning, consistency, and alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align brand strategies with business objectives and support product launches and promotions.
  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including website content, social media marketing, and email campaigns.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling brand messages and content.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media channels, and analytics tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical skills to gather and interpret market research data and campaign performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software tools.
