Human Resource Management Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Management Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in managing various HR functions and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. You will work closely with the HR team and contribute to the overall development and management of the organization’s human resources.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Compensation: Negotiable

Responsibilities

Candidates can look forward to regular client contact, a role in business development and proposal writing/methodology creation, and a

  • Implement and administer HR policies and procedures in accordance with company guidelines and applicable laws and regulations.

  • Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.

  • Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.

  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, leave management, and employee insurance.

  • Stay up to date with changes in labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

  • 1 to 2 year(s)

  • Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.
