Office Management Executive
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Management Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office and ensuring smooth functioning of administrative processes. You will work closely with various departments and play a key role in maintaining a productive and well-organized work environment.

Manage and coordinate administrative activities, including office supplies, equipment, maintenance, and repairs.
Ensure the office premises are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Monitor and maintain office inventory, including stationery, pantry supplies, and other essential items.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls, and -redirect them to the appropriate personnel.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, and appointments.
Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems, both physical and electronic.
Support HR functions, such as maintaining employee records, managing attendance, and coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist in travel arrangements and accommodations for employees and visitors, as needed.
Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and announcements.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of office budgets, expenses, and invoices.
